We styled up our beautiful, vintage style design studio inside Navy Pier thanks to our go to party friends: Tablescapes Event Rentals. How gorgeous is the pop up they helped us create?
Second, we drove 1000s of stunning American Grown flowers from the edge of the Pacific Ocean, to help promote our incredible made in the USA farms and families.
Flower Fact:
Did you know...these lovely Star Gazer Lillies - perhaps the most famous of all lillies - were first bred in 1974 on this very California farm, Sun Valley Floral Farms. Wow!
We love Sun Valley for their magnificent blooms, bien sur, but also as a 4th generation family floral farm that also does good work, such as:
Women account for 54% of the leadership roles in the company.
They give away 100,000 tulips every spring in Union Square, San Francisco for American Tulip Day.
They add local Redwood and Douglas Fir fines to their farm soil as a natural pest deterrent.
They use garlic in irrigation lines on our Matsumoto Aster crop to prevent pests.
They work closely with strawberry growers, exchanging growing space to maintain healthy soil. One season an area will be strawberries, then the next it will be flowers.
They transformed an abandoned timber mill back into agricultural land in Northern California. This entailed pulling up tons and tons of concrete to return the fields back to their natural state.

Inside our pop up, we created vintage french newspapers to wrap our custom bouquets in chic style. And how about these California double tulips...we are so obsessed.
One of our biggest questions during the 6 day pop up: is the chandelier for sale? Ha ha!
Trend tables were set to share spring, Easter and Mother's Day trends, and teach customers how to style our products together, in easy 1, 2, 3 steps.
The lighting inside Navy Pier is a bit tricky to say the least...ha ha...so forgive us.
