ROSÉ SOIRÉE

Give us all the rosé. All the days.

Spring is so close we can taste it, and a rosé party is the perfect kick off to the season.

Step 1: The Bar

First thing first, cocktails. Our favorite party drink? The Rosé Bouquet. Rosé + Citrus + Mint + Blooms.

Recipe: Rosé Bouquet

Fill a big silver champagne bowl (or punchbowl) with rose.

Top with slices of clementine, lime, lemon.

Add one bunch fresh mint leaves.

Fill top of bowl with ice, 15 minutes before guests arrive.

Garnish with edible flowers.

Step 2: Rosé Tower

Stack champagne coupes into a tower for gorgeous bar decor. Ontop a tray, layer rows of coupes, stacking 3-4 tiers for a vertical display. Just before guests arrive, fill each glass with chilled rosé, top with edible blooms.

Step 3: Balloon Cloud

Now for the decor. Put a new spin on party balloons and create a balloon cloud garland. Dozens (and dozens) of varied size balloons all strung together make a visual display masterpiece.

Designer tip : Blow up 4-5 different sizes of balloons, and varied hues of similar colors, like whites and ivories, for contrast. Tie each balloon along a cord, to create an organic cloud garland. Hang the cloud in a large window, or along a large wall.

Stylist secret: Add hints of fresh floral greens like Silver Dollar Eucalyptus to your cloud for a chic, elegant touch. Also, fill a few balloons with confetti for pops of sparkle and color.

Step 4: Greenery

Green garlands are a great way to add color and garden whimsy to your event. Lay greens like Silver Dollar Eucalyptus or Seeded Eucalyptus end to end on the floor, and with string, wrap them tightly together into one long garland. Place ontop mirrors, down tables, in windowsills for a soft, organic touch.

Florist Tip: Tuck fresh blooms into the garland, like Roses, Ranunculus, Anemone.

Step 5: Florals

Fill vases with favorite flowers, keeping hints of blush pink (rosé) in your color palette.

Let's toast to rosé...all day...always.
