Oh yay, Amanda and Andrew's wedding day!
We're so in love. Let's take a peek...

Of course, like every bride and groom in the year of 2020 pandemic, it wasn't the big wedding Amanda and Andrew originally planned. And yet - what a happy, joyful bride!

Every single detail was blushing and beautiful - soft and timeless and elegant.

For Amanda's bridal bouquet, we designed her favorite blush ranunculus, David Austin english garden roses, astible, champagne spray roses, summer stock, ruscus, and more.

Pop fizz clink - it's wedding time!

Our handsome groom - ready to meet his bride and walk down the aisle, at long last.

Gasp. Did we mention, we're so in love?

Andrew's boutonniere featured ruscus, miniature champagne spray roses, and seeded eucalyptus berries.

Love in the age of Covid - when in the public areas - it's all about the mask kiss.

Three cheers to Amanda - and now it's time to see the groom for a first look on Michigan Avenue.

The Chicago River is always the perfect soft, stunning backdrop for any wedding day.

It's been a long wait for a new wedding date - but these two really know how to celebrate. And we didn't mean to rhyme that out. We love their happy summer love.

And as a lovely and romantic backdrop, how pretty is the iconic wedding cake like Wrigley Building? Built in 1920, this is the very first office building, ever built north of the Chicago River.

Waiting. It's a sign of true love.

The famous saying goes "The longer we have to wait for something, the more you will appreciate it when it finally arrives."

"The harder you have to fight for something, the more priceless it will become once you achieve it."

Cheers to Amanda and Andrew!
We loved every moment working together on your gorgeous wedding day. True love indeed.
Stay tuned for part 2 this week - the sweet, intimate ceremony and reception inside DL Loft.
