Holiday parties are better in pajamas...and here's how.

Boy does our friend Ali Stone know how to party. When she said let's throw a pink pajama holiday party - with one big gorgeous feasting table for 12 - we were all in.

Ali gathered up her fashion friends, her Fuji polaroid cameras, beautiful bento boxes and a jolly good time was had by all.

To create a soft feminine palette, we followed Ali's palette of blush, white and gold for the florals down the dining table.

Gilded vases in a collection of sizes and shapes were filled with peonies, roses, spray roses, hydrangea, eucalyptus, silver dollar and seeded eucalyptus, and summer stock.

Luft Balloon created an epic backdrop of coordinating hues for happy, merry instagram everything.

To help display party photos, we hung silk ribbons on the wall, and added clothespins to hold the polaroids. This is such a hit with guests - they love fun interactive details to create throughout the night, and smile, snap and create a photo collection throughout the party.

Chicago's famous Big Bowl, Sushi San and Summer House created a spectacular feast for one and for all to enjoy. We are now officially obsessed with bento box parties.

Peonies always make every party even prettier...

Ali snapped a polaroid of guests as they arrived at the dinner party, then placed each one at their placesetting as a thoughtful, personalized touch.

Say cheese gorgeous girlies...

Hostess with the mostess, Ali Stone. Our party queen.

We can't get enough of this glowing, golden soiree...

Ooh la la that organic pop of balloons for the background - pow!

Cheers to dinner in pajamas this holiday season - thank you Ali Stone for all the fun.
