The more you celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate. So let's get the party started.
Mary, oh how your husband loves you. And wanted to surprise you, and celebrate you, surrounded by your friends, family and everything fabulous.
From Mary's favorite flowers, hues, and personal style to her top ten foods, cocktails and sweet treats and after dinner drinks, every single detail was designed around Mary.
Farm tables were dressed with dove grey velvet, manzanita and winter whites, surrounded by dozens of candles in varied heights and styles.
Tabletop details, emulating Mary's fantastic style of entertaining at home, included gilded glassware, matte gold flatware and a hint of sparkle with woven charger plates.
Vintage boards were styled by Chef Aram Reed, filled with favorite flavors and mini bites including tiny beet burrata, veggie dumplings, moroccan tandoori, and artichoke puffs.
And then there was Mary's favorite: the raw bar.
Oysters and shrimp and lobster and crab claws - oh my.

And then...the plated first course: Honey Maple glazed pork belly. Brown butter and thyme gnocchi. Wild cherry purée. Crushed pistachio. Arugula greens.
Can we get an amen?
Followed by the main course: Porcini tuscan style braised boneless beef short ribs over a horseradish potato purée. Charred crispy red kale. Red wine reduction.

Followed by a cake bar, overflowing with there's something about Mary...
Cider cinnamon ginger doughnut stacks.
Handpainted monogram shortbread cookies.
All the tiny treats dipped in white chocolate you can dream of, sugar.
And across the way - the coffee bar. Every possible milk and sugar from mocha to macha.
As the band ended, and guests headed to the door, potted merci succulents were ready and waiting.
We love you Mary - it was such an honour working together to help gild the lily and make this celebration a birthday bash to remember. Cheers!
