We have curated the ultimate Paris Apartment for you right here in Chicago. Styled with vintage French Flea Market antiques, many hand carried back from Paris and Provence markets, our loft is party ready for your next soiree, photoshoot, holiday party or just come spend the weekend in style. Rentals priced by the hour, half day, full day, evenings, and weekends. Located directly above our full service event planning studio, we are here for your convenience. All of our event planning and design services are available for DL Loft at additional fees. Let's celebrate together this year.

  • Built in DJ loft in balcony

  • Apartment sleeps 6 for overnight accommodations

  • Seated dinner for up to 30 guests (additional table/chair rentals needed)

Event Rental Fees:

  • $900, 5 hour rental includes setup and breakdown

  • $1200, 7 hour rental includes setup and breakdown

  • $500 additional fee includes overnight rental, apartment sleeps 6

  • $250 overtime hourly fee

 

Photoshoot Rental Fees:

​

  • $850, 8 hour full day rate

  • $450, 4 hour half day rate

  • $250, 1 hour rate

 

Apartment Rental Fees:

​

  • $500/night, apartment sleeps 6
