The Catering Kitchen here is beyond – they even have their own zippy little delivery truck.
Derrick "the dream" runs the kitchen expertly. He succeeded a big Dean and Deluca so and so, and WOW is he a talent to behold.
He caters for several embassies, diplomats, Georgetown U right down the street, and more.
No wonder – these tea sandies feature cucumber and cream cheese, bacon eggsalad rolled in parsley, and smoked salmon with sesame seeds.
Time for lunch – in the conservatory like cafe – next to the roaring fireplace, under the glowling chandelier.
