Ooh la la.

Isn’t this such a fun spin on the luncheon salad?

Again – didn’t the ladies hit the menu right out of the park?

Grand Slam.

A dry rub of salt, black pepper, cumin, and cinnamon creates a slightly spicy accent to the fresh veg.

Thanks to our happy hostesses, here is the must have recipe, which I had to have immediately.

And am grilling up tomorrow.
