Now to Cetta’s food.
It is almost impossible to order – there is so much you want to taste.
We started with a bruschetta board, and you will need to take notes.
A long, narrow wooden board displays a collection of toasts.
I must design these boards – they are so perfect for this display at parties.
We tasted:
Truffled Egg (like a finely chopped egg salad)
Burrata with Roasted Pepper
Caponata with Goat Cheese
Ricotta Salata with Basil Pesto
Moving on, we had:
Crispy smashed truffled potatoes
Roasted beet salad
Roast Chicken with olives and broccoli rabe
All three of us, all women who love food and travel the globe eating well, concurred this is the BEST roast chicken we’ve ever had the pleasure of tasting.
Paris Rotisseries – watch out!
