Eataly has been so touted, so hyped, so oversold, and I just didn’t understand how it could really take my breath away.
Well, it sure did.
I am totally and completely smitten.
It is amazing, in every single way.
Immerse yourself in all things Italian – and I do mean ALL. There is nothing but Italian imports wall to wall. Its the next best thing to an Italian escape without ever needing an eight hour flight, jet lag or even a passport.

Plus pasta, fish, wine bar, farmstand market, cookshop…just to BARELY skim the surface.
