Here is my new favorite first course for fall.
I am at Matt’s in the Market, across from Pike Place, the very heart of Seattle. Our sundrenched table overlooks the iconic red market sign – just like the Tom Hanks Meg Ryan movie set.
These handmade skin on russet salt and pepper chips are paired with a hot, oozing throwback dip of carmelized onion and thick chunks of bacon.
I plan to serve this Friday and Saturday at Les S’mores Soirees a la the firepit and spooky ghost stories.
