Dejuner a La Boulange on Fillmore.
La plat du jour – Salmon Rilette is too cute to pass up – the petite canning jar makes for such fun presentation.

Salmon filet (I love to grill salmon with some butter, dill, lemon and black pepper) is chilled, chopped and mixed with butter and fresh herbs.

Spread on the sea salt baguette it makes the perfect lunch.

I need dozens of these little jars for my next bridal shower…
