Spring is finally open for business in Chicago.
To celebrate my favorite season, for the next week, I am sharing the top seven salad trends in the city. Each is perfect for an Easter brunch or lunch, first course at your next event, to servce on your spring or summer buffet, and even pack in a picnic basket as you head to the park.
