So exciting…here I am once again at school in Paris. Its such a dream come true.
A few weeks ago I had the time of my life at French Pastry School, with my parents. We made the most amazing patisserie, and learned great chef secrets about pastry and desserts. I plan to use and share all the recipes at all of my upcoming events, from weddings to children’s parties.
Here I get an entirely different perspective. We are preparing everything from Filet de Rouget a la Tapenade, to Salade de Fenouil with Citron Confit, Lamb aux Herbs de Provence, Tomate au Chevre Frais, and so much more.
And of course there are Julie et Julia posters all over the lobby.
